Casita de Lil’ Chingu is an homage to the two cultures that shape our kitchen. Rooted in Korean and Mexican flavors, this pop-up is our way of honoring tradition while creating something new, fun, and deeply satisfying.
You can find us in residence at Garden House Coffee and Sagebrush, where the menu shifts with the energy of the space. Ingredients from both cultures are thoughtfully woven into every dish, building layers of flavor that feel both familiar and unexpected.
Our hope is simple. Food that hits with bold flavor, while still bringing a sense of home and comfort with every bite.
