Our Story

Casita de Lil Chingu is an homage to two cultures represented in our kitchen. Our hope is to honor the flavors of Korean and Mexican flavors while creating something new, fun, and delicious to serve our guests.
Ingredients from both cultures are thoughtfully woven through every element of our dishes for a flavor explosion that will bring a feeling of “home” and “comfort” with every bite.
